How do I get a special Avatar or Signature picture?

No inappropriate pictures, text, or lyrics for sigs/avs. Sig pictures can be no larger than 800x450 pixels.

How can I get a special made signature or avatar?
If you would like a sig or av made by someone who uses special programs to make the pictures, please do not make a post like "Signature needed!" If everybody did this it would cram up the forum. People willing to make special pictures can post one topic about it and get requests there, or they can mention it in their signature so you can PM for a picture.
